Students in Malaysia are now invited to participate in the “Introduction to Quantum Computing” course, which combines theoretical quantum science with hands-on practical experience using the Diamond Quantum Computer. This unique learning environment bridges the gap between theory and real-world quantum hardware.
Our Beginning
- The first Quantum Computer for Education has officially arrived in Malaysia, marking a major milestone in the region’s quantum journey.
- This system is based on nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center technology in diamond, utilizing spin magnetic resonance to perform quantum operations. By precisely controlling fundamental physical elements, optics, electricity, and magnetism, the system enables quantum manipulation and readout of NV center spins. This allows learners to explore essential quantum computing concepts, including qubits, quantum gates, and foundational quantum algorithms.
