Dr Choong Yeow Wei

Dr Choong Yeow Wei is the Professor of Innovation. He was the Vice President of HELP University and President of HELP College Arts & Technology in Malaysia. He co-chaired the EXPEDO Research Group under the France-Asia ICT collaboration program. His research interests are in the areas of Quantum Computing, Big Data Analytics, Data Mining, Multidimensional Databases, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has published over 30 technical papers in various journals of which many were presented at international conferences. Currently, Dr Choong is investigating on the advancements of quantum computing, autonomous vehicles and other frontier technologies. Dr Choong is also a visiting professor at several universities in Asia, Europe and Australia. In recognition for his research and cultural contributions, Dr Choong was decorated by the French Government - Ordre National du Mérite (2019) and Ordre des Palmes Académiques (1998).

Islam Jubaidul Tanveer
Director of Finance and Administration
Mr. Tanveer is a business analytics and emerging technologies professional with expertise in data-driven decision-making. He holds a Master of Applied Business Analytics (MABA) and has over seven years of professional experience in Malaysia, focusing on technology applications in various industries
His work includes in-depth analyses and reports on autonomous vehicles, power storage, and quantum computing.
He has presented research at the SQST 2024 Conference in Krabi, Thailand, and his paper has been accepted for the ICCCAS 2025 Conference in Wuhan, China. He has also contributed to projects involving predictive analytics, customer analytics, and supply chain optimization using tools like Power BI. Currently, he is working on quantum computing training programs and analytics-driven market research.

Usman Tahir
Director of Marketing
Mr Usman Tahir holds an MBA degree in Marketing & International business management. He has a proven track-record in business development, strategic planning, marketing, financial management, and supervision. An expert in technical and conceptual development of financial management, Mr Usman has implemented company public listing procedures, created successful sales-driving collateral, and executed several successful product launches.
Mr Usman has the ability to analyze an organization’s critical business requirements, identify deficiencies, opportunities and develop innovative cost-effective quality solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenues, and improving customer service offerings. He has successfully achieved rapid results in fast-paced and challenging environments.
He has 10 years of corporate work experience in USA, UAE and Malaysia.

Dr Amsyar Rahim
Scientific Advisor
Dr Amsyar is a strongly committed quantum researcher with a distinct educational background. He was awarded the ASASIpintar certificate with honours (distinction) from Pusat PERMATApintar Negara, and subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Science with honours from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), graduating with distinction in the field of physics. He later attained his Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from UKM, with a specialization in the field of quantum optics. His research has contributed to improving quantum properties of light sources to enhance performance of optical quantum technologies, reflected in several publications in national and international scientific journals. Additionally, he has actively participated in national and international conferences, showcasing his work and engaging with leading experts in the field. He is ardently dedicated to advancing quantum industry in Malaysia, with a particular focus on quantum computing and communication.
Djalil Chikhi
Trainer
Mr. Djalil Chikhi is a dedicated engineering student with a deep passion for computer science, currently pursuing his master's degree at the prestigious INSA Lyon in France. His enthusiasm for Quantum Computing has driven him to go beyond the standard curriculum, undertaking additional coursework in the fundamentals of quantum computing and successfully completing an advanced IBM course on the subject.During his internship with us, Mr. Chikhi showcased his profound understanding of Quantum Computing by creating engaging and accessible educational materials that distilled complex quantum concepts into clear and captivating content. His ability to present technically accurate information in a manner that resonates with a diverse audience—ranging from high school students to technology enthusiasts—demonstrated his exceptional skill in making cutting-edge technology comprehensible and inspiring.
